Our offer includes stations and systems for process measurements, quality control and testing of finished products.

We design inspection, measurement, and diagnostic stations that, among other things, provide the following functions:

• Noncontact measurement of details using vision system technology ensuring 0.01 mm measuring accuracy
• Checking of geometry, strength and weight
• Automatic inspection of product leaktightness (e.g. valves), checking hydraulic parameters of fire protection systems.

The systems situated within production lines enable full recording of results and quality assessment, and transferring data to control computer through a network communication systems.

Automation of control and measuring systems

We design and perform the automatic measurement systems for equipment operation monitoring that requires to perform measurements of very big number of variables within very short measuring cycle time in extremely adverse environment due to:

• Very big differences of temperature,
• High humidity,
• Rapid pressure changes,
• High level of vibrations at variable frequency.

Our systems allow assessing condition of monitored equipment, ensuring repeatability of tests and operational safety of the devices being tested by performing shutdown in case of emergency. Measurement data are processed in real time under the control of the QNX operating system.
