Conference "Application of CAN bus in military and civil engineering"




Ośrodek Badawczo-Rozwojowy Urządzeń Mechanicznych "OBRUM" sp. z o.o. in Gliwice, acting in co-operation with CAN in Automation GmbH (Germany) and with Industrial Institute for Automatics and Measurements in Warsaw have undertaken to organize 4th International Scientific and Technical Conference entitled : "Application of CAN bus in military and civil engineering". Conformance will be organized from 16th to 17th of September 2010 in Ustroń - Jaszowiec (Beskid Śląski Mountains) in Poland.

The goal of the 4th CAN Conference is to continue exchanging information on wide forum with participation of scientific entities, research and development centres as well as manufacturers of apparatuses and devices, who use CAN network standards. The most recent results of the applied examinations, research and development works, implementation activities as well as development directions for CAN bus and protocol as well as MIL CAN shall be presented and discussed during the Conference.

The Conference covers three platforms:
    proceedings - presentation of papers and panel discussions; manufacturer's exhibition of equipment and devices using CAN bus; workshops - a specialistic training related to CAN bus.
